Rowantree Cottage is reached up a short private track, off a very quiet country lane. It is well away from any traffic noise or streetlighting.  There is a large gravelled parking area for cars.

The accomodation consists of:

Ground floor Sitting room - comfortably furnished, with large sofa and three armchairs. Open fire with logs/coal provided. Television with DVD player. Telephone. Broadband internet access.

Kitchen/ dining-room - well equipped and modern fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing-machine and dryer. Dining table seating 6-8 in comfort.

Family bathroom - large bath with shower over, loo and washbasin.

Downstairs bedroom - comfortanle twin room with built in cupboard.

Upstairs Double bedroom - double bed converts to twin.

Bedroom - with single bed and full-sized bunkbed.

Shower-room - power shower, loo and wash-basin.

Garden: A delightful enclosed garden with picnic table and barbeque. There is a garden shed for logs/coal etc. At the rear a gate leads down to the Paradise Burn.
